Thank you for the cafe discount card- it was a generous and thoughtful idea! I think the discount card and the reception concept (unfortunately, I was out of town on business), are nice ways to give high-end local businesses more visibility, but also gives residents value. Great ideas!!

+'s great location, parking, safety,building quality, staff and maintenance . love the privacy of personal elevators. -'s stoves have no outside venting so it is impossible to cook. there is no subleasing allowed and they mean it.
