Q: How is your property different?
A: Park Hollow Luxury Residences is a small community offering excellent customer service for the busy executive. Whether your primary residence or a vacation home, we know our residents have the highest standards. Each residence has a semi-private elevator, service room for parcel and dry cleaning deliveries and valet waste removal.
Park Hollow offers several one, two and three bedroom floor plans from which to choose.
Q: What is the smallest residence?
A: Residences start at 1,956 square feet for a 1 bedroom with spacious living and dining area, a gourmet kitchen that overlooks a separate den, 1 1/2 baths and features a private gated courtyard.
Q: What is the largest residence available?
A: The largest residence is 4,030 square feet, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, Master Suite has his n' hers' bathroom and separate walk-in closets, 2 spacious bedrooms each have adjoining bathrooms, formal living and dining, library and a gourmet kitchen that overlooks the den. Ground floor units have 4 private walk-out patio/courtyards.
Q: How are these residences built?
A: These buildings are newly constructed of steel and poured concrete, with a brick exterior, cast stone trim, and custom ironwork opera balconies.
Q: What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
A: Dogs and cats are welcome. All pets must be approved by management with all pet addendums, non-refundable fees and deposits paid prior to bringing the pet to the community. No more than two animals, cats or dogs, are permitted in each residence.
Exotic animals such as reptiles (to include snakes, iguanas, etc), birds, ferrets, skunks, raccoons, squirrels, rodents (hamsters, mice and the like), poisonous animals such as tarantulas, insects and poisonous fish are not allowed.
Q: Do you exclude certain dog breeds?
A: Aggressive breeds, hybrid or mixed aggressive breeds will not be allowed. These include, but not limited to Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Huskies, Malamutes, Chowchow, St.Bernards, Great Danes, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire) and American Bull Dogs.
Q: If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
A: Yes. Park Hollow offers flexible lease terms and a termination option should you need to leave the community. There are provisions in your lease agreement that allow you to cancel the lease agreement with required written notice, cancellation fees and repayment of all upfront and prorated concessions prior to moving out of the apartment home. The details of the cancellation of lease and associated fees will be found in the lease paperwork executed at the time of move-in.
Q: If I am away, how do I make my rental payment?
A: Monthly rental payments are due on the first of the month. One-time or recurring payments may be established via the resident portal, which allows busy people the freedom to manage their experience close to home and far away. The resident portal will also allow residents to place a service request.

Pet Policy

Cast and dogs up to 100 punds permitted.

Limit 2 indoor pets per apartment. No exotic animals.

Fees

Non-refundable pet fee of $500 for the first animal plus $500 for each additional animal.

Pet Rent

Monthly Rent of $500/pet/month.

Breed Restrictions

Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.
